Workshops are incredibly valuable for everyone in attendance. Typically, there is a general structure that involves the main point, visual aids, discussion groups, brainstorming, one on one work and a debriefing afterward.

We explore what self-care really is, how ignoring our own needs affects our health and practical ways to begin the journey into nurturing ourselves.

The self-care workshops I offer are used to inform, empower and collaborate together with a variety of people who are interested in improving their well-being at a holistic level (i.e head-heart-body).
